Getting to the Thomas & Mack Center is easier when you choose the journey before the evening starts. Your hotel, Cowboy Christmas and the arena may be three different stops. Treat the trip to the performance and the return afterward as a pair, particularly if your group wants to stay for entertainment.

Start with the official NFR Express route

The NFR Express page is the source for the current route graphic, hotel pickup locations and service information. Choose your property in the linked pickup-location portal. Save the actual meeting point: the front entrance, a tour lobby and a bus loading area can be very different places within one hotel.

NFR Express is the organizer’s complimentary arena shuttle service. Departure intervals vary: its FAQ describes many departures around 15 minutes or when full, with some lower-volume service at 30–60 minutes. Ask the on-site transportation ambassador about your hotel’s operation instead of assuming every route runs to the same timetable.

  • Identify the hotel and exact loading point on the current official route.
  • Check the service window for your performance date.
  • Confirm the return pickup area and final return arrangements.
  • Leave a buffer for a full bus, traffic and the walk to entry.

If your hotel is not listed, plan how you will reach a listed pickup property or choose a different transport option. A hotel being near another stop does not mean the shuttle calls at both. Our 2026 shuttle news article provides background; use the current route page for travel decisions.

Arrange accessible transport in advance

The operator says ADA-compliant buses are available and asks guests to notify the hotel’s on-site transportation supervisor when needed. Discuss your requirements before joining a queue, and allow time for the vehicle arrangement. Confirm how the return journey will work as well.

Bring the details needed to explain your pickup point and travel party, and keep a backup contact method available. For accessible seating and the route inside the arena, use the seating guide and the official ticket office. Transport assistance does not itself confirm an accessible seat reservation.

Driving, parking and a drop-off plan

The organizer’s Know Before You Go page currently lists very limited parking at $30 per vehicle per performance. Verify the current charge and instructions before departure. Parking availability should not be treated as guaranteed merely because you have a performance ticket.

Driving can suit a group with other stops, but include the time to enter the property, park, walk and clear screening. Save your parked location and agree which person has the keys. A trip that looks short on a map can take longer during an event arrival period.

For taxis or app-based rides, check the official grounds information and the driver’s current instructions for the permitted drop-off and pickup area. Do not assume the same point works before and after the event. Recheck the quoted fare when requesting the ride; this guide does not promise a fixed fare or travel time.

Combine Cowboy Christmas with the evening performance

Cowboy Christmas takes place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, rather than inside the evening arena. Plan that leg separately and leave time for meals, purchases and a return to your accommodation if needed. A shuttle serving the NFR is not automatically a connection between every daytime event.

Choose the evening performance as the fixed appointment, then work backward. Include time to collect tickets, open the correct mobile ticket, check bags and find seats. Our ticket guide explains the entry preparation, and the NFR schedule lists the ten nights.

Before leaving your hotel, check the organizer’s grounds map and the latest operator information. If your group separates, decide on a meeting point away from the boarding line. A clear return plan is particularly useful when some people leave immediately and others stay for music.
