Las Vegas NFR visitors will have a complimentary shuttle option again in 2026, with the organizer announcing 14 NFR Express routes serving 24 sponsor hotel properties. The service connects participating locations with the Thomas & Mack Center during the December 3–12 finals.

A separate one-way departure from Cowboy Christmas at the Las Vegas Convention Center’s South Hall is also part of the announced plan. That distinction matters for visitors who intend to shop during the day and attend the rodeo at night.

The September 14 announcement says pickups begin at 4 p.m. Pacific, with return service until 9:45 p.m. It also identifies a service pause during the actual performance, from 6 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Fans should check the current route sheet before traveling because operating details can change.

The shuttle schedule is not the same as the performance schedule. An arrival plan needs room for the trip, walking to the entrance and venue screening before taking a seat.

Check the pickup, not just the hotel name

Large hotels can have several entrances, bus areas and taxi points. Find the precise pickup location for your route before the day you intend to ride. Staying near a participating property does not necessarily mean the shuttle stops at your own hotel.

For the convention-center departure, plan your return independently. A one-way trip from the gift show to the arena should not be treated as a promise of transport back to the convention center after the performance.

If accessibility arrangements are needed, contact the transport organizer early and explain the specific assistance required. That is more useful than discovering a limitation while a group is waiting to leave.

Keep the end of the evening in mind

Before boarding, confirm the return pickup and last service information. Fans staying for post-rodeo entertainment should make sure their transport plan still works with the later departure. Save the current route information on your phone in case you need it away from the hotel.

Use our NFR round schedule to choose performance nights and our Cowboy Christmas guide when combining the daytime show with the evening rodeo. The organizer’s route information should be your final transport reference.
