Cowboy Christmas has outlined the daily Ariat Rodeo Live Stage program for its December 3–12 run, adding a clear daytime schedule for fans traveling to Las Vegas for the Wrangler NFR.
The October 7 announcement places the stage on Level 2 at the east end of the Las Vegas Convention Center’s South Hall. The gift show opens from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific, with stage programming beginning at 10 a.m.

Five daily program slots
The published lineup starts with Acoustic Hour at 10 a.m., followed by Conserving Country at 11 a.m. Mic Drop with Matt Merritt begins at noon, Storme Session follows at 1 p.m., and a variety show occupies the 2 p.m. slot. Times are subject to change.
For visitors, that creates several opportunities to break up a shopping day without leaving the convention center. The program mixes music and conversation rather than duplicating the evening arena competition.
Build a visit around your priorities
Choose the program that interests you most, then locate the vendors you want to visit around that appointment. Trying to cover a large show floor and reach a stage at the last minute can turn a relaxed morning into a rush.
If your group has different interests, agree on a meeting place and time before separating. Keep the current exhibitor map available, especially when moving between levels. A booth location remembered from a previous year may not match the current floor plan.
Ask vendors about shipping and collection arrangements for larger purchases. Carrying shopping bags into the evening can be inconvenient, particularly if you are heading directly to another venue.
The evening NFR is a separate plan
Gift-show admission is free, but it does not include an NFR arena seat or a paid streaming subscription. Fans doing both should allow time for a meal, collecting purchases and transport to the Thomas & Mack Center.
Our Cowboy Christmas visitor guide brings together practical planning details. Check the NFR schedule separately for the evening performances, and use the official stage page for any later program changes.
